- Run a 5k marathon
- Run a 10k marathon
- Cycle 10 miles in a day

- Be happy with your physique (lose the tummy, dumbass)
Religion
- Don’t miss a waqt of prayer for a month
- Don’t miss a waqt of prayer for 3 months
- Don’t miss a waqt of prayer for 6 months
- Don’t miss a waqt of prayer for a year
- Finish the Quran once again
- Finish the Quran during the Ramadan
